We offer an alternative to owning a solar system, a clean energy solution without the investment.
We take responsibility for investing, installing, operating, and maintaining a PV system that generates electricity for use by residential homeowners.
By using solar energy, your complex saves money every month. The body corporate’s bill is based on the amount of energy used. With less use of traditional energy, and lower-cost energy generated by the solar panels, the body corporate ends up saving.

A: Residential tariffs are high and that means bigger savings can be generated. That makes solutions like ours most appealing.
A: Not yet. The solar system will only provide ±25% of your complex’s electricity during daytime hours.
A: No, because solar needs sunshine to generate electricity. You will still require your grid for electricity outside of sun hours.
A: Solar is different. No matter how ‘outdated’ the technology becomes we are still able to provide you a continued source of clean energy. While we do wish to offer future expansions and battery upgrades, your complex is under no obligation to do so.
A: Your complex should be supplied with a bulk electricity meter, have around 45 residential units or more and have combined roof space of around 200-400 m2. Roofing should ideally be facing in a northerly direction and unshaded. We must perform a basic credit review for all new customers, the sectional title should be up to date with all its municipal accounts and unit owners should be paying their levies on a regular basis. We offer a free assessment to confirm your complexes suitability and to show an estimate of what these savings could be.
A: The average body corporate can save 5-25% compared to existing cost of energy. Electricity tariffs differ widely from city to city and this will impact the savings.
A: Our contract allows us to offer you competitive pricing and savings from day one. It gives you price protection and predictable energy rates for years ahead, with no hidden fees and lots of guarantees.
A: The agreement cannot be canceled in the initial 10-year term. Both parties have the right to cancel the contract if the other party does not hold to their obligations under the agreement.
A: The benefit of the cost saving is passed onto the body corporate and the body corporate may pass these savings to the unit owners at their option. There is no change to the rates or costs paid for electricity by each unit owner.
A: We make use of a billing class (regulatory standards approved) meter and differences in reconciliation will not be a likely occurrence. In many cases, we involve the existing reseller or metering company to manage the bill and to resolve any potential discrepancies.
