We offer an alternative to owning a solar system, a clean energy solution without the investment.
We take responsibility for investing, installing, operating, and maintaining a PV system that generates electricity for residential use.
By using solar energy, your complex or retirement village can saves money every month. The home owners association or body corporate’s bill is based on the amount of energy used. With less use of traditional energy, and lower-cost energy generated by the solar panels, you end up saving.
There are no upfront costs for switching to solar.
Save your complex or retirement village up to 25% with predictable energy bills.
NO MAINTENANCE COSTS
We take full responsibility of the system so you don’t have to. We install, insure and maintain the system.

A: Residential tariffs are high, by combining the energy usage of multiple homes we are able to install a bigger system therefore creating a bigger saving.
A: You will save money on your electricity costs from day one, with no upfront or ongoing CAPEX requirement, you only pay for the clean energy you use.
A: Not yet. The solar system will only provide ±25% of the property’s electricity during daytime hours.
A: No, because solar needs sunshine to generate electricity. You will still require your grid for electricity outside of sun hours.
A: No matter how ‘outdated’ the technology becomes we are still able to provide you a continued source of clean energy. While we do wish to offer future expansions and battery upgrades, your complex is under no obligation to do so.
A: We make use of a billing class (regulatory standards approved) meter and differences in reconciliation will not be a likely occurrence. In many cases, we involve the existing reseller or metering company to manage the bill and to resolve any potential discrepancies.
A: Your site should be supplied with a bulk electricity meter, contain around 50 units or more and have a combined roof space of around 200-400 m2. Roofing should ideally be facing in a northerly direction and unshaded. We perform a basic credit review for all new customers, the property should be up to date with all its municipal accounts and unit owners should be paying their levies on a regular basis. We offer a free assessment to confirm whether your complex or retirement home is suitable and can show an estimate of what your savings could be.
A: The average body corporate or HOA can save 5-25% on energy costs. Electricity tariffs differ widely from city to city and this will impact the savings.
A: Our contract allows us to offer you competitive pricing and savings from day one. It gives you price protection and predictable energy rates for years ahead, with no hidden fees and lots of guarantees.
A: The agreement cannot be cancelled in the initial 10-year term. Both parties have the right to cancel the contract if the other party does not hold to their obligations under the agreement.
A: The benefit of the cost saving is passed onto the body corporate / HOA and these savings may be passed to the unit owners at their option. There is no change to the rates or costs paid for electricity by each unit owner.
