STEP 2: GROUP MEETING
Present our clean energy solution to the owners and stakeholders at your next special general meeting. If you need us, we’ll be there to answer any questions.
STEP 3: AGREEMENT & INSTALLATION
Once approved, an agreement will be signed with your body corporate or home owners association (HOA). We’ll then arrange a suitable time to install and connect your site to solar. Installation takes around 5-10 days.
STEP 4: START SAVING

A: We make use of a billing class (regulatory standards approved) meter and differences in reconciliation will not be a likely occurrence. In many cases, we involve the existing reseller or metering company to manage the bill and to resolve any potential discrepancies.
A: Your site should be supplied with a bulk electricity meter, contain around 50 units or more and have a combined roof space of around 200-400 m2. Roofing should ideally be facing in a northerly direction and unshaded. We perform a basic credit review for all new customers, the property should be up to date with all its municipal accounts and unit owners should be paying their levies on a regular basis. We offer a free assessment to confirm whether your complex or retirement home is suitable and can show an estimate of what your savings could be.
A: The average body corporate or HOA can save 5-25% on energy costs. Electricity tariffs differ widely from city to city and this will impact the savings.
A: Our contract allows us to offer you competitive pricing and savings from day one. It gives you price protection and predictable energy rates for years ahead, with no hidden fees and lots of guarantees.
A: The agreement cannot be cancelled in the initial 10-year term. Both parties have the right to cancel the contract if the other party does not hold to their obligations under the agreement.
A: The benefit of the cost saving is passed onto the body corporate / HOA and these savings may be passed to the unit owners at their option. There is no change to the rates or costs paid for electricity by each unit owner.
